3 Insane character crossovers that doesn't make sense, but we're glad anyway

1) Phoenix Wright in Marvel vs Capcom 3

What is a lawyer doing in a fighting game? Why can he still search for evidence? Why can he prosecute Dr Doom? Regardless of the reason, Phoenix Wright's giant finger pointing attacks will not be forgotten by many players any time soon.

2) Ryu in Smash Bros

What's so amazing about this crossover isn't just Ryu's presence, it's that this crossover brought Street fighter 4's mechanics into the game. We have light/medium/heavy attacks, quarter circle forwards, half circle forwards and even side-step tech after focus attack. Not only that, both of Ryu's ultras were converted into his final smash, which makes this crossover one of the most insane crossovers ever done.

3) Noctis in Tekken

While we had Cloud in Smash, Noctis in Tekken seemed like an impossibility. After all, FF 15 is a very recent series, and surely a character from the older games would have been a better fit instead. Sabin from FF6 would have been perfect, with his train suplexing skills.

And yet, here we are with Noctis teleporting sword switching action being done in Tekken. It's silly, but when has Tekken been serious in its storyline?
