Many people nowadays live hectic lives and don't have much time to prepare healthy meals for themselves. If you're like this and have to rush off to work in the morning, you probably aren't spending much time preparing a healthy meal for yourself as you have to make it to the office during rush hour.

Here's where these mug recipes come in handy. They don't take any more than 5 minutes to prepare, and you can polish them off in another 5-10 minutes.
