Women in Games is an annual awards ceremony honoring women who work in the video gaming industry and has been held for three years now. This year will see the first ever awards given especially to women in the mobile gaming industry. This section features women only companies or studios headed by women who produce only phone-centric games.

The inaugural Women in Mobile Games awards was held recently and they gave out two titles, namely the Grand Prix and Leadership Awards. The Grand Prix title went to  French studio Accidental Queens and Irish studio Simteractive.
