Watch These Choir Boys Nail the 'Meow Song'

You'll never believe it, but there's an actual song with just 'meows' as part of the lyrics. Watch these two boys from the French choir "Les Petits Chanteurs a la Croix de Bois' (PCCB) perform a classic version of this song:

The actual name of the song is 'Duetto buffo di due gatti' meaning humorous duet for two cats. Although traditionally attributed to the opera composer Giochino Rossini, he did not actually write it. Instead, the 'meow song' is a compilation from Rossini's opera 'Othello', done by an anonymous person, probably Robert Lucas de Pearsall.

The two young performers were Regis Mengus (dark hair) and Hyacinthe de Moulins (blonde). Mengus is still performing as a baritone opera singer in France, and both are now in their 30s.
